Scope schedule
What we build
Six kinds of work, one contractor. Most of our jobs use more than one of these, which is the point: one company carries the job from the ground to the keys.
General contracting
We take a project from mobilization to close-out as the prime contractor: schedule, subtrades, safety, quality and the paperwork owners and consultants need.
Our own carpenters, operators, labourers and finishers do much of the work, so the people holding the schedule are also the people building it.
Renovations and upgrades
Envelope, roofing, windows, interiors and building systems in buildings that stay open while we work.
We phase around school calendars, ice schedules and occupants, and we handle designated substances properly before anything comes apart.
Design-build
One contract and one point of contact, from concept to keys. We bring the design team, hold the budget and build what we drew.
It suits owners who know what they need and want one firm answerable for all of it.
Remote and First Nations
Building where the road ends is its own discipline. Materials are ordered and staged a season ahead for the winter road, crews are planned around flights, and the schedule respects the community it is built in.
We have done it, and our people come back to do it again.
Site work and servicing
Excavation, grading, granulars, service connections and site servicing: the civil work that gets a building out of the ground and connected.
Doing it ourselves means the foundation crew is never waiting on someone else's excavator.
Concrete, still
Forming, flatwork and specialty concrete by our own crews, supplied by our own ready-mix plant.
It is where we started in 2006 and still one of the things we do best.
